David Christopher Palumbo aka Dave Palumbo, born February 17, 1968, is a retired American bodybuilder who competed as an amateur throughout his career.

Dave Palumbo’s first bodybuilding contest was the 1990 NPC NATURAL New York City competition where, weighing in at 168 lbs, he placed 6th. Five years later Palumbo had gained 70 lbs and won the Heavyweight class at the 1995 NPC Junior Nationals as well as the overall. His highest prestige placing in a bodybuilding competition was 2nd place in the Super Heavyweight class at the 2003 NPC USA Championships.

In 2001, Muscular Development Magazine hired Palumbo to write a monthly column called “The Anabolic Freak”. A few years later, he became editor of the Muscular Development website until being terminated in 2009.

According to Steve Blechman, owner of Muscular Development Magazine:

“Dave was hired two years ago to be Editor-in-Chief of the Muscular Development website. During the first year, he was instrumental in helping to grow it. During this past year, Dave’s interests were focused increasingly on his side businesses of training athletes and launching his supplement line. John(Romano) was hired by Dave as a paid employee to endorse and promote this supplement line. Because of this, John’s position as Senior Editor was compromised. Together they were using MD and the website as a vehicle to further their own interests, and as a result, less time was being spent on increasing the website’s potential and taking it to the next level. During their employment, Dave and John’s contributions were very much appreciated, and they were well compensated.”

Currently, Palumbo is the CEO and Founder of RxMuscle.com and owner of Species Nutrition. He also offers bodybuilding and fitness competition preparation coaching and is the founder of the S.M.A.R.T. personal training certification program.

Palumbo is a familiar face and personality in bodybuilding despite never having competed in the pro ranks. These days he is at a significantly lighter body weight than he was during his competitive years. His heaviest competitive body weight was 275 pounds at the 2000 NPC NY METROPOLITAN bodybuilding competition and looks today to be under 200 pounds.

You are looking at a two foot high model of what will be the largest sculpture in the world. The city of San Diego has been looking for a landmark that will be unique to the western coast of the United States. New York has the Statue of Liberty and now San Diego will have the David Palumbo.

David Palumbo reached the heights of the bodybuilding world in the 1990s and was widely seen as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s successor. Now, Palumbo will be immortalized with a 51 foot sculpture in San Diego’s popular harbor. People from all over the world will be drawn to the sculpture, creating new interest, not to mention tourist dollars to the San Diego area.

All the engineering and logistics have been ironed out and all that is left a vote San Diego’s local politicians over the ramifications such a sculpture will bring to Southern California.

Many speculate that a project such as this would have been easier to pass through when Arnold Schwarzenegger was still Governor. Others argue Mr. Schwarzenegger would have had reservations about promoting a bodybuilder such as Palumbo far ahead of Schwarzenegger’s own status in the world. In any case, we enthusiastically await the vetting process in what may well turn out to be the biggest boon to the California economy since the gold rush of mid 1800s. Stay tuned for updates and by all means subscribe to this channel.

Lou Ferrigno had been under the shadow of Arnold Schwarzenegger but since backing Trump in the 2016 election it seems Lou has turned the tide. Lou Jr. is in a network television series and the Ferrigno Legacy competition and expo have become a force to be reckoned with in the fitness industry.

In the Dave Palumbo interview below, Lou talks about being Chairman of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness although, as of this writing, there has been no official announcement of Lou’s new position, at least not by any news service or the Council’s website.

Study proves Synthol Builds Muscle?

Anyone can post a link, below this topic, of MRI data and/or published studies supporting that notion that Chris Clark’s brand of Site Injection Oil builds muscle. Dave Palumbo has stated that Chris Clark’s oil has dramatically different properties than the oil which “Synthol Freaks” with enlarged but disfigured arms have injected. If muscle really can be developed through local injections then there should be scientific evidence to it back up and “good” Synthol should be studied further and improved upon.

Dave Palumbo talks to bodybuilding enthusiast and political genius Roger Stone along with “diet guru” Ameen Alai. Subjects discussed are legalizing Schedule III bodybuilding drugs and why Arnold Schwarzenegger would rather ‘switch than fight’, a reference to Schwarzenegger apparently having gone from ‘man of the people’ nationalist to globalist sometime during his political career.

Wesley Vissers Interview

It’s funny to hear Dave Palumbo speak of regular bodybuilding, with the warped bone structures and swollen drug tissue, being the standard and the “Classic Physique” being a new off-branch.

In the bodybuilding contest world, technically Pee Wee Herman could beat Steve Reeves if Reeves never lifted and Pee Wee lifted for years and took insulin, GH, steroids, etc…. It’s a joke, piling bloated swollen tissue on a frame that can’t handle the mass. Tissue Building.

Wesley Vissers works hard, etc.. but there is a large genetic component to his appearance. With the advent of ridiculous leaps in technology, genetic engineering etc…, at some point we will be looking at building bone structures that can support extra mass and quality mass to begin with.
